When firms call us
- An estate plan needs to be executed at a client's home, hospital room or care community
- Staff are stretched and a signing needs a certified estate planning notary partner who knows the package
- A client's schedule, location or mobility makes an office appointment impractical
- A deed, affidavit or power of attorney is time-sensitive
How we work with your office
Send the signing instructions and the package. We confirm the appointment with the client, arrange the witnesses the documents require when you book in advance, execute in the order you specify, and return originals the way you direct. If anything at the signing needs your attention, such as a question about capacity or a missing page, you hear about it before we proceed.
We never interpret documents or give legal advice to your client. Questions about the documents go back to you, as they should.
