What we notarize
Most documents that need a Florida notary can be signed at your location. Common examples:
- Powers of attorney, wills, trusts, guardianship papers and advance healthcare directives
- Real estate documents: deeds, mortgages, refinance and home-equity packages
- Affidavits, sworn statements, oaths and affirmations
- Certified copies of documents you hold
- Business, insurance, school and travel-consent forms
How a mobile appointment works
Book online, or text (904) 526-8871 with the document type, the number of signers and where you would like to meet. We review your request and send an invoice; your appointment is confirmed once it is paid.
At the appointment, we check each signer's valid, government-issued photo ID, confirm the document is complete, watch you sign, and complete the notarial certificate and seal as Florida law requires.
What to bring
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (driver license, passport or state ID)
- The complete, unsigned document, with no blank sections
- Any witnesses the document requires; ask when you book if you need us to arrange them
Where we go
We serve Jacksonville, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns and St. Augustine, FL, and the surrounding areas. If you're outside the area, text us; we can often still help.
Coquina Notary is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
